Is there a problem with your order? Let us do our very best to make things right.

We accept returns of pocketfold.com purchases of items that are unworn, unwashed, and in brand new condition with original packaging within 30 days of the purchase date. If your item(s) meets this criteria, please contact customer services at support@pocketandfold.com

Once we receive your return we will issue a full refund to your original form of payment. It may take 3-5 business days for this refund to reflect on your credit card statement once we receive the product.

All Pocket & Fold orders are shipped via Royal Mail Delivery.

Free Delivery: Orders over £25
Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For: £2.50 (2-3 business days)
International: £5.00 (5-7 business days)

We process orders Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). Completed orders submitted prior to 5 pm will usually begin processing the same business day. Orders received after 5pm will begin processing the next business day.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Master Card, Discover Card and American Express). All online payment transactions are handled by PayPal. You do not need to register or have a PayPal account to order.

Orders made within the UK include VAT 20%. Customers from outside the UK are responsible for possible import customs and taxes. Please contact your local authorities regarding possible taxes.
